Where do you ship?
Standard shipping is free with no minimum to physical street addresses in the contiguous United States (Lower 48 states) only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories or associated states, international destinations, PO boxes, or APO/FPO/DPO military addresses. When should I expect delivery?
The automatic rolling ball has an estimated total delivery time of 9–16 business days. The brush, scratcher, wobble toy and flopping fish have an estimated total of 10–17 business days. These estimates include processing and transit and exclude weekends and holidays. Items may arrive separately.
What is included?
Check the product details table on each product page. The rolling ball requires an AA battery that is not included. Choose the color or fish design before adding to cart.
What if there is a problem?
Routine returns and exchanges are unavailable. For damaged, defective, incorrect or missing orders, contact us with your order number and description. Clear photos can help assess damage or an incorrect item. Applicable legal rights remain unaffected.
