About our store

Purr & Play sells pet play and care products through this Shopify-powered store. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms, subject to any rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

Orders and prices

Prices are displayed in US dollars. Applicable taxes and the final order total are shown at checkout. Product availability and prices may change before an order is placed. If an error affects your order or a product becomes unavailable, we will contact you and offer an appropriate resolution, including cancellation and refund when the order cannot be fulfilled.

Provide accurate contact and shipping details. You must be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement, or have authorization from a parent or guardian.

Product information and use

Read the product description, variant choice, dimensions, and included items before purchasing. Images illustrate the products; screen settings may affect how colors appear. We do not guarantee that every cat will engage with every toy.

Our products are pet products, not children's toys. Supervise play, inspect products regularly, follow the product's care instructions, and stop using damaged items. No product description is intended as veterinary advice.

Shipping, returns, and privacy

Our Shipping Policy explains free standard shipping to physical street addresses in the Lower 48 states only, processing, estimated transit, and address restrictions. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories or associated states, PO boxes, or APO/FPO/DPO military addresses. Our Refund Policy explains routine-return restrictions and remedies for order problems. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled.

Acceptable use

Do not use this store for unlawful activity, fraud, unauthorized access, or interference with the store's operation. Store content may not be copied or misused in violation of applicable intellectual-property rights.
